goal = size zero
so along with a weight goal i've decided to set a goal of being a size zero at hollister and abercrombie and american eagle. which they slightly vary, but if my waist is 24.5 to 25 inches i should fit into size 0 at all 3 places! right now i am 27.25" at the waist. so hopefully once i reach my GW of 110 lbs my waist will have shrunk as well!!

i was feeling low..but then ur wine nd gum thng really made me smile :).i thnk its a good idea..seriously..u can try it..stay strong!
ReplyDeleteYou can do this!!! But i really don't think the wine and gum diet is a good idea at all...it could make you very ill, and could come with a range of problems that wont help matters xx
